Is the site free?

Yes. Reading every published note is free and does not require an account.

Why should I create an account?

An account lets you bookmark notes, keep private notes of your own, organise them into folders and comment on notes.

Are my private notes visible to anyone else?

No. Personal notes are tied to your account and are not readable by other users. Administrators can see how many you have but not what they contain.

I found a mistake in a note. What should I do?

Use the Report link on that note and choose "Incorrect information". Include what is wrong and, if you can, what it should say.

Can I request a topic?

Yes - send it through the contact form.

How do I switch to dark mode?

Use the theme toggle in the header. The choice is remembered in your browser and, when signed in, on your profile.
